How can I save the active proxies table on the admin page to a log file? Does this feature exist already?

There is currently no way to export this table to a file. However, ShinyProxy has the possibility to log the usage of the apps (and other activities). We support logging to InfluxDB, relational databases (e.g. postgresql, mysql) and we also export numerous Prometheus metrics.
