App recovery dosen't work anymore in realease 3.0.2

Hi,
After upgrading Shinyproxy from 3.0.0 to 3.0.2 the recovery feature stopped from working.

Do you have an idea why ?

proxy:
    port: 80
    stop-proxies-on-shutdown: false
    recover-running-proxies: true
    recover-running-proxies-from-different-config: true
    authentication: openid
