Hi there,

first of all thanks for a great open source project.
It enabled me to easily set up a scalable shiny server.
I was able to checkout the shinyproxy project from github and build it.

What I’m missing, is the Dockerfile for the r-base image.

I created a new repository with the sources here:

Of course, it can always be pulled from Docker hub using something along

sudo docker pull openanalytics/r-base

Hi Tobias,

thanks for sharing.

It gives me the assurance of building custom images based on certain R or operating system versions.
The first thing I learned from your Dockerfile is to clean up after installing.
