The username does not appear to be displayed when authentication with keycloak. What could cause that? I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting.

what is status of proxy.keycloak.name-attribute in your application.yml?
Also, have you fully filled first/last name in Keyclaok for users (it can make some problems if empty https://support.openanalytics.eu/t/shinyproxy-keycloak-authenticated-but-cant-open-apps-consistently/770)
Personally, I prefer using of email as name-attribute and than email is showing top right in Shinyproxy.

This is indeed a bug that slipped into the latest release, this will be fixed in the next release (see https://github.com/openanalytics/shinyproxy/issues/267 )
