what is status of proxy.keycloak.name-attribute in your application.yml?
Also, have you fully filled first/last name in Keyclaok for users (it can make some problems if empty https://support.openanalytics.eu/t/shinyproxy-keycloak-authenticated-but-cant-open-apps-consistently/770)
Personally, I prefer using of email as name-attribute and than email is showing top right in Shinyproxy.
