I am currently in the process of trying to set up ShinyProxy on an AWS EC2 machine with Ubuntu 18.04 hosted. Everything has been going as expected except that the configurations from the application.yml file will not update. I have tried to just do simple changes like altering the title. The file is saved in the same directory as the .jar file and I have searched the whole machine making sure there is not another copy saved somewhere. No matter if I manually restart the service or reboot the whole machine, the default applications remain. However, if I move the file then it breaks, so it has to be looking for it. I appreciate all of your help in advance!
