I have updated to ShinyProxy 3.0.0 and use a customized template (template-path is set in application.yaml). When I log in now, I can select the app, but then only a white screen appears and nothing happens. Has something changed in the template files in version 3.0.0?

The templates were indeed changed in ShinyProxy 3.0.0. Many of the great features required changes in the templates.
I advise to download the latest version of the templated from https://github.com/openanalytics/shinyproxy-config-examples/tree/master/04-custom-html-template and then re-apply the changes you made to the templates. You can use a tool like meld (https://meldmerge.org/) to compare the template files.
I’ll update the release notes and a note that the templates have changed. Thanks for checking out ShinyProxy 3.0.0!

Thank you for the quick reply. Is it possible that the repository has not been updated yet?
I have downloaded the app.html from the following link (https://github.com/openanalytics/shinyproxy/blob/master/src/main/resources/templates/app.html) and adapted it. Now the app is loaded (before the following workaround was still necessary: Shinyproxy 3.0.0 - K8s - container-cmd).
Where can I find the current navbar.html? Under the link to the original template file comes a 404 error message.

Yes, the repo still need some updates. Both the links and the examples are now fully updated for ShinyProxy 3.0.0
