Shinyproxy-demo in Fedora 29 doesn't work

Hi Everyone,

I started with ShinyProxy in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, everything works well and I could deploy the Shinyproxy-demo without problems.

I’m trying to do the same in Fedora 29. Why this OS? Is a requirement and I can’t change it :frowning:.

I’m doing the same steps in Fedora as I did with Ubuntu. But when I run ShinyProxy
java -jar shinyproxy-2.3.0.jar

Everything looks the same as Ubuntu but when I check my localhost with 8080 port the web site is not there. If someone knows what else can I do, I’ll appresiate so much!

Interesting, I have a similar problem. I will post a new question regarding fedora 34.
